If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team or use the online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Scooter

    Secure the scooter in its original box with all original accessories, manuals, and protective padding.

  • 3.
    Affix Label

    Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA is visible.

  • 4.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
